Abstract

This article analyzes the organizational and socio-psychological determinants influencing the decision-making process in managerial activities. The author reveals the interrelationship between rational and irrational factors in the leadership process and scientifically elucidates the significance of the socio-psychological environment, organizational structure, communication channels, and personal psychological characteristics in decision-making.
