The journal is included in the list of publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Psychology and Cognitive Sciences (PCS Journal) is a scientific journal that publishes theoretical, experimental and practice-oriented research in the field of psychology and cognitive sciences. The publication aims to disseminate scientific knowledge, maintain and develop innovative approaches in the study of the human psyche, consciousness and behavior.

 Articles that focus on pedagogy, economics, linguistics, management, artificial intelligence, digital technologies, or environmental issues, in the absence of a psychological background, will not be accepted for consideration.

All articles are double-blind peer-reviewed, comply with standards of scientific ethics and are published in open access. This ensures that research findings are widely disseminated among scientists, practicing psychologists, teachers, students, and the interested public.

The mission of the journal is to contribute to the advancement of human science, to support the professional community of psychologists, and to advance research aimed at improving mental well-being and quality of life.

Dear Authors,
As of January 1 of the current year, the price list for other paid services of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company) has been updated.
The cost of one article accepted for publication by the journal’s editorial board is 60,000 tenge.
In addition, upon registration and submission of an article in the journal’s system, authors are required to pay a fee of 12,000 tenge (amounting to 20% of the total publication cost) to cover the publisher’s expenses related to the purchase of a licensed plagiarism detection system, as well as remuneration for reviewers and the journal’s editorial staff.
In the event that an article is rejected by the journal’s editorial board, the paid fee is non-refundable.
If an article is resubmitted after revision based on the results of compliance with the journal’s formal requirements and the peer review process, authors are required to again pay 20% of the article’s cost
