The Editorial Board of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences would like to draw your attention to important information regarding the delivery of official correspondence sent through the journal's website: https://psyjournal.enu.kz
Due to technical restrictions imposed by mail.ru, yandex.ru, bk.ru, and other email services within the Mail Group ecosystem, widespread email delivery issues have been observed. In particular:

Emails may not be delivered at all;

Emails may be redirected to the “Spam” or “Deleted Items” folders;

Communication may be disrupted during the article submission, peer review, and editorial correspondence processes.
The main reason for these issues is the strict filtering systems used by email providers, which block automated notifications sent from the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform on which our journal operates.
In this regard, we strongly recommend the following:

When registering on the platform, please use institutional or corporate email addresses (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz, etc.).

Alternatively, you may use Gmail addresses (@gmail.com), which reliably receive system-generated messages.

Please avoid registering with email addresses ending in the following domains: @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, and @list.ru.
If you have already registered using an email address that may be affected by these issues, you can change your email address in your personal profile on the platform.
